Michael P. Dunagan graduated with a degree in law from the University of Tulsa in 1986.He also attended the University of Oklahoma where he earned a degree in Economics.
Licensed in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, he practices in both states, focusing primarily on Northwest Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma.
A prosecutor from 1995 to 2003 for the Sixteenth District of Oklahoma, Dunagan tried numerous felony cases including homicide, drug crimes and other felonies.
A member of the Arkansas Bar Association and the Oklahoma Bar Association, he has served as Bar President of LeFlore County, Oklahoma.
In private practice, he now concentrates incriminal law including felonies, misdemeanors, drug possession, assault, battery, sex crimes, and DWI/DUI.
